1. General Information
By purchasing from our website joymakeyourdesign.com, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Personalized Products
Purchased products are customized upon request and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Before confirming your order, please carefully check all information provided (name, photos, text, etc.).
3. Orders and Confirmation
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
For shipments within Italy, shipping costs are included in the product price.
For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated separately at checkout.
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods available on Shopify.
5. Shipping and Delivery Times
Italy: 3–5 business days (remote areas or islands may require up to 7 days).
International shipments: 5–20 business days depending on the destination country and carrier.
The indicated delivery times refer to the shipping time from our warehouse. Delays caused by carriers, holidays, or exceptional events are not the responsibility of the seller.
All packages are tracked, and you will receive the tracking number via email.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives defective or damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos of the product and the packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages or improper use of the products.
We are committed to ensuring product quality and proper packaging to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
8. Privacy
The personal data provided during purchase will be processed according to our Privacy Policy available on the website.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the competent court will be the seller’s court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
