1. Shipping within Italy

Delivery times: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.
Remote areas or islands (Sicily, Sardinia): up to 7 business days.
Carriers used: Poste Italiane, GLS, or BRT (Bartolini), all with tracking available.
Shipping costs are included in the product price.

Delivery times: 3–10 business days depending on the destination country.
Shipping cost: shown at checkout (approximately €12–22 for small packages).
All packages are fully trackable.
Any local taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times: 5–20 business days depending on the destination country.
Shipping cost: shown at checkout (approximately €20–40 for small packages).
Any customs duties or local VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damaged or lost products

If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
